Why Adobe incopy doesn't respect the order in which frames appear when exported to indesign?

It' a complete mess, the articles are absolutely not following the pages' order. I tried to put the text frames in the articles panel with no avail… Any help appreciated. I also tried ID/IC 2024 with the same result.

When you say the articles are not following the page order, do you mean the shared InCopy stories as they're listed in Story or Galley view in InCopy? The order of the stories there is dependent on when the frames were exported to InCopy and when they were created in InDesign. But you can change the order by dragging/dropping their gray title bars in either of those two views.

Thank you, Anne-Marie, I discovered after posting this that the order of the frames depends of the way they were created, and not any logic referring to the page order.
