Blank control panel on InCopy

I know this is probably no use to the average InDesign user, but me and my editorial team are seeing the issue in InCopy as well. I've tried everything suggested in this thread to no avail. If anybody has any suggestions, or if a solution has since been found, I'd appreciate the help. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out. As per your query, Control panel is blank on InCopy. That's definitely shouldn't be happening. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

• OS (Exact version of Windows/MAC)
• Version of InCopy
• Screenshot of the issue.
• Does resetting InCopy Preferences to defaults (InCopy Help | Customizing preferences and defaults ) help resolve the issue?

The reason it's blank is because you don't have anything in there to show. Drag a panel or two into and dock them there.
