I can't see the InDesign layout in InCopy layout mode

Has the layout mode feature changed in InCopy? When I open an assignment file in InCopy and go to Layout mode a one column page of text appears. No layout like I'm used to. Is this a bug? This is happening on all files and across multiple people in the department.

Sounds like you only opened the ICML file, not the ICMA file.
