We use InCopy in combination with the Plug-In censhare. After we upgraded to InCopy CC 2017 we cannot use InCopy under Windows 10 anymore because it keeps crashing. The company behind the Plug-In censhare says that there ist a developer Version 12.1.1 build 100 which fixes this error.

Could you please tell me, when you will release this fix to the users?

Best regards

I doubt you’ll ever see a patch issued for CC2017 now that CC2018 has been released.

Hi Michael,

unfortunately that does not help. censhare has a fix for this version provided by Adobe. But they are not allowed to share it with customers because the fix is under a NDA - Agreement. So we have to wait for Adobe to release an offficial bugfixed version of InDesign / InCopy CC 2017.

Best regards

Christoph
