I want to set up my InCopy file so that others on my team can edit and re-position graphics. In InCopy, when I click on the graphic box, then go to File > Check out, the "Check Out" command is grayed out. Does any one know how to check out a graphic in InCopy? I have exported the graphics as assignments.

You need to export it from InDesign as an InCopy graphic. I’d go back and make sure you did that properly.
