small circles in pdf file, numbers.

two pictures one without small white things in number is from indesign project, the second one is when i try to print or save as pdf.

Maybe anyone have been in this kind of situation

Is this a screenshot from InDesign app? What's the version of InDesign are you using? Are you working on a Mac? If yes, what's the OS running? Are you viewing or opening this file in InCopy? Please share more details about the workflow so that we can assist you further.

just a shot in the dark: How is the value for Miter Limit of the applied stroke on the text?

Is the text converted to outlines when exported to PDF?
