I'm having an issue with InCopy 2020 where I'm seeing other users' tracked changes in Story view show up in my tracking color. Is anyone else having this problem? Any tips on how to fix it?

Not something I can reproduce, but if it's not a bug you could try checking the option to prevent duplicate user colors in InCopy's settings:
