Hopefully what I'm trying to achieve here makes sense and if anyone has a good idea of how to make it work I'd love them forever!
So I work for a company where part of our job is creating multiple newspaper adverts from similar content. All have the same terms and conditions at the bottom of the ads. If these T&Cs change, which happens frequently, I wanted to use InCopy for this text so that the change would immediately update over potentially 100s of ads. It works great for that but the only caveat is that, in the middle of the T&Cs is a date range that is custom for each particular advert. Is there a way of pulling text for the terms from the ICML into InDesign but being able to somehow manipulate that one part of the text (the date range) without having to create an icml for every single ad which kind of defeats the point!
