Не открывается файл InDesign

Не открывает документ, предварительно до этого открывались все документы. Сейчас же при открытии каждого документа выходит данное окно. Подскажите решение проблемы?
На других ПК открывает все

Could be that there was a crash before and InDesign is asking you to restore cached data so that you still can open the crashed document. What happens if you press the button for "No" ?

При нажатии на кнопку "Нет", ничего не происходит, выходит обычное меню создания документов.

Странно, но получилось открыть данный файл через сам  Indesign, а именно через выбор недавних файлов...

Скажите, из-за чего возникают такие сбои файлов?

Hm, I assume that this document crashed before.

Close the document. Quit InDesign.

Then do a duplicate of the file and try to open the duplicate to see if all is in good order with its contents.

And if that is the case as a next step you can trash InDesign's cache folder to get rid of the message.

Again: close the document. Quit InDesign.

Well, there could be a *.idlk file as well, in the same place where this document is stored.

If the *.idlk file is still there even if the document is not open and InDesign is not running, also trash that *.idlk file.

Usually an *.idlk file is built for every document that is open. InDesign should remove it when the document is closed.

In case of a crash InDesign cannot do this.

To trash the InDesign cache:

On a Windows machine the cache folder for InDesign 2022 is named Version 17.0 and can be found at:

User > [Your user name] > AppData > Local > Adobe > InDesign > Version 17.0

If InDesign is not running you can remove it. It's build from scratch the next time you start InDesign.

Note: The AppData folder in that path above is invisible.

You first have to enable the option to see invisible elements in your file system before you can see and access it.
