인디자인 파일 손상 해결법............

creative cloud 유료 라이센스로 2023 버전쓰고 있는데 

인디자인 파일 열려고만 하면 계속 아래처럼 메세지창만 뜨고 파일이 안열립니다 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

indesign에서 xx파일에 손상이 있음을 감지했습니다. 저희가 파일을 복구해드릴까요?

파일은 임시로 당사의 서버에서 처리됩니다.

 "예" 누를 시 아래 3.으로 넘어감 ("아니오"누를 시 액션없음)

인디자인에서 xx.indd파일을 복구할 수 없습니다. 나중에 다시 시도하십시오.

3시간째 구글링해가며 인디자인 아예 설정 다 삭제하고 다시 깔아보기도하고

파일 복사하고 파일명 변경하거나 확장자 idml로도 변경해보고

캐쉬(리커버리) 폴더 삭제도 해봤는데 안되요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ!!!
