2024 InDesign Highlighting text problem.

Upgraded to Indesign 2024. Now when I highlight text in a document the whole thing blinks and disappears until I let go of the mouse. Anybody else have this problem and know what to do about it?

Let me guess. Sonoma that hasn't been fully updated, right?

Make sure you're running 14.3.

I agree with Bob. Assuming you're running Sonoma on a Mac, it's essential that you update to 14.3.1., the latest version, to solve that problem.

I'm running 14.2.1, and it doesn't say I need to upgrade....

Yes, it sure was! Thank-you for your help!  

It took about 30 minutes to put in the update, but InDesign works much better.

OK I have upgraded, and the text doesn't disappear anymore, but my cursor is still all kinds of jumpy in InDesign. Is it supposed to be that way?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. As suggested above this issue was reported by multiple user and it was resolved after updating the macOS Sonoma. For the cursor issue, would you mind sharing a small video of the issue. We'll try our best to assist you.
