Achored image covers text

I have small icon that is anchored object, its like inline text object. I have imported all via XML. 
Icon should overlap with some numbers, but I want it to be behind text, but it covers texts. 
Is it possible to have image behind text while its still kind of part of the text.

ANCHORED OBJECTS HAVE ONLY AN EFFECT FOR TEXT WARP IN THE FIRST LINE AFTER THE INSERTION POINT, NEVER IN THE FIRST LINE. IT WILL ALWAYS COVER UP TEXT IN THE SAME LINE.
