Hi, anyone else experienced this? Software just did its yearly re-jig, but now the CC libraries aren't showing me what I had before, and can't see any easy path back?

Hi Bert,

can you show a screenshot of your CC Libraries panel when open in InDesign?

What does it show? Nothing at all?

Recently had this. What helped:

There was a link showing instead of the libraries in the CC Libraries panel. That link was leading to an Adobe page where some steps to resolve the issue were suggested. I followed the link and the suggestions. At the end I had to remove a folder in my User folder and rebuilt the libraries from what was present in the synched libraries with the Adobe servers.

Hi, nothing with anything useful in it there (the Test New Library one is something I set up yesterday). 'Browse shared' doesn't lead me back to the old one either. Bit mystified. Thanks

Hm. Quiet a different case then.

My panel was all empty with one single statement ( link ) .

So, I have no idea now what you could do.

Are you sure that you are logged in with the right Adobe ID ?
