Adobe Desktop Files & Font not loading

Hi, I recently moved to the new Macbook Pro (2021) M1 Chip, from an Early 2015 Macbook Pro. 

On the new mac I am unable to activate any fonts in InDesign (It just says they're loading for ages), and on the Adobe Desktop App it doesn't load the files or fonts tab. 

Has anyone else had this issue? Please advise!
