Been trying to export files for a few weeks now and indesign crashed when trying to export. It has since continued to crash (no error messages, no spinning color wheel), every time I try to export. Yesterday I discovered the same happens when I try to package files.
Running Windows 11 Pro - 16GB RAM, 1TB, i7
Graphics Card is set to the onboard RTX GPU, tried reinstalling, updates etc and nothing. Tried it on a mac and works fine. Would ideally like to keep the Windows Laptop for use.

Is it just this file or all files? New or old?

Try resetting your preferences:
Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.

Hi @Morgan Huw ,
what is your exact version of InDesign?
Are you on the latest version of Windows 11 Pro?
