Adobe PDF Presets Window

When I select FILE and go down to Adobe PDF Presets the window box does not appear? The same happens when I try to do a SAVE AS as well. Nothing happens.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS & InDesign? Do you see this behavior with a specific file?

Also, do you have any external monitor connected? If yes, please try disconnecting it & let us know if it helps.

Hi Ashutosh,

This problem started to occur after I updated my laptop to macOS Monterey. I am using Adobe InDesign 2022. No specific file, it happens to all my files. Yes I have 2 external monitors that I work from. I disconnected them and it seems to fix the problem, but now I have the problem of working slower because I don't have the extra screens. I can't just work from my laptop screen.

Thank you for your response. Do you know if there is anything I can do so I can use both monitors without a problem in InDesign?
