Adobe Renewal Subscription Adobe CC2018

I am using Adobe CC 2018 (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) so far so good. I cannot update the version because i got a lot of plugin need to use Adobe CC 2018 version. After i buy a Subscription license. I cannot not use login Adobe CC 2018 again. There are difference between new subscription and old subscription. What should i do?

If you have 2018 installed on your computer, the renewal of the subscription doesn't affect installed applications. But if you have also updated your system you will be out of luck. But this is not about your subscription, it is because of your OS.

No. Thats not true. I still can use old subscription without any problem when using Adobe CC 2018. But when i logged in to new subscription. Adobe CC 2018 prompt me i don't have license, i need to use trial version for 7 days.

Nobody here can help you with this. Why did you get a second subscription instead of renewing the old one?

You're going to need to contact Adobe Support directly for assistance in combining the two accounts.

Are you confirm that new subscription and renew old subscription are different in use?  Adobe Support just tell me there are no diffference between them.

Why did you need a new subscription in the first place? Are you signing in with the same Adobe ID? What operating system are you using? On a Mac using the latest OS only supports the most recent vesrions of Creative Cloud (which does not include CC 2018). The latest Mac OS, Sonoma, actually is not even compatible with most of the current Creative Cloud apps.

I need a new subscription for other user using Adobe CC 2018. Of course i use a new Adobe ID. I use old subscription ID can use Adobe CC 2018. But my new subscription ID cannot use Adobe CC 2018 show trial version.

I am using Windows 10. There is different between old subscription and new subscription. I dont know what to do now?

Moreover, i contact Adobe CS help. They just said there are no difference between old subscription and new subscription. They just turn me down and said they don't responsible for any issue on Adobe CC 2018 any longer.

This makes no sense at all. You still haven't explained WHY you need two subscriptions.

A CC subscription covers all applications. And again, nobody here can help you.

A new CC subscription do not cover Adobe CC 2018 applications. I ask Adobe CS to help, then they ask me to go to community. I go to community, then the community expert said nobody in community can help me.
