alert contents

     i have five textframes with text in a document, and i need to alert all those texframes's content

Which version of InDesign and what do you mean by "alert"?

I am using Adobe indesign 15.1.2 [2019] version,

i mean alert("content") in one by one

That still makes no sense unless this is a scripting term I am unfamiliar with. How about you describe what you want to do rather than using terms others may be unfamiliar with?
