I'm doing a city parks brochure in InDesign. It contains icons that represent restrooms, playgrounds, etc.
I have the icons in a CC Library. Each icon may be used multiple times in the brochure
Is there a way to attach alt-text to the library images and have it carry through to the InD document?
This will eventually be converted to an ADA-accessible PDF, and it would be tedious if I have to go into Acrobat and add alt-text to EVERY icon at every park.
First add the required Metadata, second create an Object Style in which you set which Metadata to use in Alt Text. Third apply the Object Style to the images.

Hello-
Is there a way to add alt text to an existing pdf from the metadata 'description" field in Adobe Acrobat?
