When I click on "Apps" at the top of the Creative Cloud app it says "Page not available. This page isn't available right now. Please try again later." I've retried for hours this morning and that's all it ever says.
I clicked the wrong thing as being the correct answer (but can't seem to take it off). I did NOT reinstall any app. I chatted with an Adobe agent who remotely accessed my computer, ran a cleaner app, and fixed my Creative Cloud app!
Seems like the agent ran the creative cloud cleaner app I suggested
