arquivo indd abre mas segundos depois fecha sozinho

Bom dia.

Recebi um arquivo do indd de Mac para abrir no meu PC mesma versão do indesign. Sempre abri indd de MAC sem problemas. Mas esse arquivo eu abro ele, mas segundos depois ele fecha o programa. O cliente diz que lá está funcionando normal. E eu abro outros vários indd de MAC normalmente, só esse arquivo acontece isso. Alguém já teve essa experiencia? E como posso resolver?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

1.  The version of InDesign.
2. Do you get any errors or the crash reporter window when the file closes?
3. Was the file packaged or stored on a common network location? If it was not packaged, could you please ask the client to try sharing the file package and then try opening the file?

The indd version is 17.3 PC and my client's 17.3 MAC.
We tried it in many ways, zip file, no zip, making a package from inside
indd....

The file opens normally, gives the message of links, sources, everything
normal, I see the page, if I'm fast I can even see more pages, but even if
I don't do anything, indd closes without giving any message and even
without me doing anything .

The file is on the local disk.
And I already received only the file alone and the file saved in the indd
package.
The same problem happens when I open the .idml file

But on MAC the file is opening normally, fully editable.

I'm waiting for news.
