Arquivo lento InDesign (17.2)

Olá!
Estou desenvolvendo um livro de aproximadamente 450 páginas no InDesign, por enquanto sem imagens, apenas texto e alguns ícones vetoriais. Entretanto, desde ontem o programa fica bem lento e demora para dar uma resposta aos comandos que faço.
Já tentei editar as preferências para um desempenho rápido da tela e tirei as miniaturas das páginas, mas continua muito lento. Tive que dividir o arquivo original em 3, porém não queria ter que fazer isso.

- Vejo que esse problema está sendo unicamente com esse arquivo em específico, outros que eu utilizo estão com desempenho normal
- Minha versão do InDesign é a 17.2
- Eu salvo os arquivos localmente, não utilizei a nuvem para esse caso
- Não é problema de memória do computador, nem de processador

I suggest you save the document(s) as an IDML file and incrementally rename them and save them as an INDD. This should clear out the crud that builds up and make it easier to work on. If you still have issues you may have a corrupt font.

Resetting the application back to the factory defaults may help as well.

If this issue has only happened since upgrading it might be worth installing an earlier version of InDesign.
