Audio won't play 'on page load' when I Publish document from InDesign

Hi have created an interactive InDesign document and I have included a sound clip to play on page load.  However, when I publish it online the sound clip doesn't start to play automatically. any idea what can cause this?

Does it play on page load if you make it the 2nd page?

My audio will not load on the first page when I link to the online publication. When I click back to the first page, however, the audio loads. It is set to start on page load.  The audio works fine on all the other pages.

I have the same issue.  It does play on page 2, but not page 1, unless I go backwards.
