This error message has nothing to do with disk space or ram usage or whatever.
It even should have exported your PDF just fine.

This error says – just like you read it – that there are images or files which have an embedded ICC (color) profile in v4 which got converted to v2. Usually this is nothing to be concerned about.

If you want to get rid of it, you would have to find the image that has that v4 profile embedded. You could narrow it down, by deleting half, check, delete, check until you've got

Which version of InDesign and OS?

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting your InDesign preferences?

I just updated my InDesign, so it's InDesign 2021, the latest one.

I did have issue with my scratch disk (:C), there's not enough space there. But I exported the PDF into my disk D.

I resetting my Preferences just now and it still doesn't work.

Bridge can show you all profiles of the linked images. If you can post a screenshot of that list I probably can narrow it down some more.

But again, usually nothing to be concerned about here.
