Baseline grids in Indesign

What are the steps to producing baseline grids in Indesign? I followed the steps from the article below, but it's not working for me. I already restarted my laptop.

have a look at Roland Dreger's free script setUpBaselineGrid.jsx that could be a great help:

Note:

The script comes with an English user interface when installed with a version of InDesign that is not in German.
