Big Sur and InDesign not highlighting file name when doing Save As

Hello! I just recently upgraded to Big Sur and I'm slowly regretting it but Mail kept glitching and forced me into it. Anyhow, here I am...trying to work out all the lovely nuances. My biggest "ugh" is that now when I do a "Save As" in INDD it now randomly highlights the file name where you can just begin typing a new file name without having to click and highlight. So I updated to 17.2.1 hoping that would fix it but it doesn't. Has anyone else noticed this? I am constantly creating, saving as, etc all day long and this really slows me down not being able to just start typing. Before Big Sur it always highlighted the file name.

The screenshot looks like Acrobat, I don't think the "Save As" has changed in InDesign.

Hi Derek,

I did screen grabs of two INDD "save as" tries and opened them in acrobat so I could do one screen grab of side by side. I should have cropped out all the acrobat stuff. 🤦🏻‍:female_sign: 

you'll see one where the file name is highlighted, one where it isn't. It randomly does this and I can't figure out if there's a reason for it or it's just a bug.
