Blurry text around image when published as interactive PDF

Blurry text wrap around image when published as interactive pdf. The text around the image is cut off or blurry. I see this only when I use file- publish online and I see a normalized text wrap when I use File- export as - interactive PDF. Why does this happen? Help

Is it in the PDF or Publish Online. Those are not the same.

1. Has the image transparency?
2. What file type has the image?
3. Do ypu work with layers? If so which is uper, which is under, image or text?
