Necessito inserir um botão com ação de abrir um vídeo pre definido dentro da página.

Mas não estou conseguindo. 

Inseri o vídeo formato mpeg4 e inseri o botão para ser acionado após o clique, mas quando baixo a ação não roda.

Alguém sabe se preciso realizar algum vínculo? Ou mudar o formato do vídeo?

Realmente ficarei grata se alguém puder me auxiliar.
