Broken Buttons making multi-state image disappear

Hi,

So I'm at a loss really.
The buttons function normally but if you hover from one to the other the multi-state images completely go away.
I don't know why. I've tried all I could think of. 

Please help 🙂

Update : It seems that it only bugs out when i hover over a button without clicking it and hover off.

Thank you for reaching out. I tested the link on a Chrome browser but I am unable to reproduce the issue so would mind sharing a small video of the issue at your end so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our end? Can you also confirm the version of InDesign & OS and if the issue is reproducible on multiple files or a specific file?

So I posted the link to the vid and someone took it down. 
The issue is that the whole pic disappears if only you hover on buttons and dont click them.

I see the issue but I would need to see the InDesign files to examine them.
