Bug freeze applications (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

when I launch InDesign (or Illustrator), the software runs for a few seconds then freezes and no commands respond.

If you know where my problem might be coming from and what I need to do to fix it, I would appreciate it.

Need more information, particularly version numbers.

Which version of InDesign? Which operating system?

For InDesign : version 17.0.1

For Illustrator : version 26.0.1

And I have windows 10
