You need to do a deep study of MacOS development. Mac Apps (and plugins) can't be made on Windows. It must be done on the Mac, using xcode. Development is very sensitive to versions of MacOS and xcode, check and follow details. Mac apps must now be notarized by Apple, or they cannot be used.
