Can I stop this guy from appearing every time?!

Please tell me there's a way to stop this guy from popping up any time I click on an image or image frame in InDesign... WHY isn't that an option?!? (or is it?)

Seriously, currently there is no way to turn off these helpful popup trainings. It should be a switch in preferences; but it isn't ... yet.
