I installed the latest version of Indesign on my mac. The dialog box comes up so I can set size, margins, bleed, and slug.  When I hit CREATE, NOTHING happens. No new windows comes up with my document.

Anything that can help this? Or should I try and older version of InDesign?

Which version of the Mac OS?

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting your InDesign preferences?

If you have the correct system specs and resetting the preferences doesn't help, I suggest you uninstall and reinstall InDesign. If the problem continues use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to uninstall InDesign before reinstalling it: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
