Can't drag using select tool

 This is probably something really simple, but this sign has appeared on my select tool and it is not allowing me to drag any of images or objects. Anyone know how to solve this?

That's a new cursor for InDesign 2020. When you hover over an object that you can move, the little selected-frame icon appears below the arrow. It's normal. So have you tried holding down the mouse button and dragging it to a new location? That should move the object under the cursor.
