Can't select photo

I have a photo placed on a page but now its stuck and im unable to select it. So I can't move it, make it smaller or bigger etc. And I have text wrapping around it so im also unable to change that. I tried deleting the page, reopening the file, everything I could think of. It just won't go away and I can't make it go away.

Check if the picture is locked, or the layer.

There's a few possibilities - it's probably a locked frame.

It might be on a parent page

Hard to know without seeing screenshots or the file itself.
