Can't uninstall indesign

I'm trying to uninstall Indesign, but i'm unable to do so, a window pops up "conflict when installing indesign. Save your work and close the following programs before continuing. Adobe InDesign 2023", but when i open tasklist Indesign isn't there, so i cant uninstalle because of this.

You say you are trying to uninstall but the error you listed says you are trying to install. So what is it? Anyhow you could try by restarting your computer. If that does not work then you could use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool for unistallation.
