Can't use save as, save as PDF etc after Apple Monterey 12.3 update on Macbook pro

Hi,
I updated my Apple system to Monterey 12.3 and the modal window for 'save as', create PDF etc. doesn't allow me to save files anymore. Can't save files even in the cloud. Applies to all Adobe products. I tried to uninstall and install lower versions (have Indesign 2022 and 2021)
This is essential for my work. I can navigate with the 'tab' only to three different elements, but I can't activate 'save'.

Kontrolliere mal in den Systemeinstellungen>Sicherheit&Datenschutz ob dort in jedem Menü wo die Adobe Programme vorkommen der Haken aktiviert ist. Da kannst du eben alle Daten und Ordner auf die diese Apps zugreifen können autorisieren...

We are sorry for the trouble. This issue has been fixed with the latest version of macOS 12.3.1, released by Apple last week. Please update macOS and let us know if the issue persists.
