Can the text size stay the same when dragging and dropping combinations?

In the image below, when dragging and dropping to enlarge the right image, will 004.jpg stay the same size?

If you do not select the text when you enlarge it, it will remain in the same size.

Yes, sometimes they need to be dragged together

Reapply or clear overrides on paragraph style after resizing.

It's a good idea, but sometimes the text already has a priority setting before it's adjusted

Perhaps that might be the best answer.
