I am trying to create an interactive PDF in InDesign. The PDF will be sent via email, and the recipient should be able to view it and have options (for example: yes/no/maybe) based on which option they click in the PDF. Depending on the selected option, an email should be sent to a specific address, but the text in the email should vary accordingly. I managed to link the email and subject to a specific location using hyperlinks, but I'm having trouble getting the completed text into the email. Can you help me, please?

Your post is not very clear but from what I can understand, trying to get any of this to work without a subscription email service such as Mail Chimp or Constant Contact is very low.
You might also need a survey service such as Survey Monkey.

I found a solution. I use Hyperlink URL mailto:my@mail.de?subject=xyz&body=xyz and with this it works.

For you maybe, but mailto links are horribly archaic at this point. You have no idea what email applications the user may or may not have installed and if they use web mail, the chances of this working are practically zero.
You can go right on trying to get this to work with a PDF but unless you can control the user will be using Acrobat and the default desktop email application, this project is going to fall apart at some point.

Yeah I know but I didn't found a different solution. I found this one with try and error using ChatGPT and even there I tried like 5 different things? I would use the normal hyperlink mail but I haven't found a way to include text there.
