Cancellation of Individual Monthly Plan

Good day Adbobe,

We would essentially like to know the process involved in cancelling our Adobe Indvidual Package, for the use of the Indesign program. Please note that we have a month to month agreeement with Adobe which is automatically renewed each month. 

With that said, may you please advise how one cancels an Adobe Individual Plan as the Manage Account section only has an option to deactivate an installation on a specific computer also may you kindly advise what impact the cancellation with have on us once processed (e.g will the program be able to work until the next auto renewable date)? your advise in this regard will be much appreciated.

Thank you for your response. Howeveer the link previously attached unfortunatley only illustrates how one can cancel a subscription in the 'Adobe Teams' package and not in the 'Adobe Individual' package. Would it perhaps be able to forward us a link to illustrate how the cancellation is done in the 'Adobe Individual' package as the options seens in the link previous attached do not fully exist in the 'Adobe Individual' package.

I think perhaps you missed the first link in @manal shanableh's post: https://account.adobe.com/plans. You can use that link to "...cancel your trial or individual plan (purchased from Adobe) through your Adobe account page". The second link is to cancel a Teams account.
