not sure why this is happening to me as the doc isnt very large and i have good network connection. help asap is appreciated!

Hi,

Can you share some more background information?

  • Can you confirm the exact version og your operating system and software?
  • Where is your file and linked document(s) stored? Local, Network, Cloud....
  • What steps where you doing beopfre this happens?
  • Is this new, on this file only, or is this happening on other files?
  • Have you tried to purge your preferences, restart your computer, save the file as idml and reopen-resave the document?
