CC Libraries Not Syncing Between Home and Office Computers in InDesign

New Here ,

My CCLibraries between my home computer and my office computer are not syncing.  I am logged in to the same account for both.  What can I do to resolve this problem?

Hi @debbie_8073,

Thank you for reaching out! Syncing issues with Creative Cloud Libraries can be frustrating. Let's work through this together.

Could you please check the following steps on both computers?
1. Ensure Creative Cloud Sync is Enabled: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app > Click on your profile icon > Preferences > Syncing, and make sure sync is turned on.
2. Confirm that both computers are connected to the internet, as sync may fail if there’s an unstable connection.

If the issue persists, could you let us know if you’re receiving any specific error messages or notifications? A screenshot of any error would be helpful as well.

Looking forward to your response so we can assist further!

Best,
Abhishek Rao

Thank you so much for your help.  I have both computers connected to the internet and logged into the same account. Both show the Synching is on and "Done"  However the CC Libraries do not match.  The libraries are shown to the right of the screenshots.

Have you tried signing out on both devices then back in again. I had a similar issue some months ago and this fixed it.

I have -  but I'm certainly willing to try that again.
