Does anyone know if there's an easy way to convert a row of information in an InDesign table to a column? I need to re-orient a table.

Thanks,

Lloyd

The easiest way might be to copy the table into Excel, re-orient it there, and then copy it back.

--paste it in, then copy it from Excel and use Paste Special with Transpose checked.

SJRiegel,

Thanks for the tip but wouldn't you have to manually change the info in Excel just like in InDesign? I'm not aware of a function in Excel that converts it, but I'll do some research.

Copy, then paste. "Transpose" is an option in that annoying little pop-up menu that comes up every time you're pasting.
