changing binding direction from right to top

I'm making a photo book. Is there any method to change binding direction from right to top?

Select the pages you want to view that way, then from the Pages Panel menu Page Attributes > Rotate Spread > 90 degrees clockwise for Left-to-Right languages, counter clockwise for Right-to-Left.

This only changes how they are viewed on screen for your convenience, you will still need to rotate frames appropriately.
