Check boxes without Border, PDF Export

Hi there,
I have a problem with the export of interactive checkboxes in PDF.
For documents that I exported last year, the checkboxes (as designed) have a border.
If I export the form again, the interactive checkbox will overlay the border and it will no longer be printed out.
I have hundreds of forms here with thousands of checkboxes. The effort to redesign and configure the boxes is enormous. Is there a solution how the checkboxes can be exported with a border again?

I think I was able to isolate the problem.
The border thickness is not processed after the decimal point.
0.5 pt = 0 pt like the original sample buttons 😉
1.5 pt = 1 pt
2.5 pt = 2 pt

Can someone from Adobe comment on that?
