comment récupérer un fichier zéro octet ?

Bonjour,

J'ai travaillé plusieurs heures sur un fichier (localisé sur le serveur de mon entreprise) et suite à un bugau moment de l'enregistrement, le fichier est indiqué zéro octet et bien sûr ne veut pas s'ouvrir alors que je venais de le terminer. Je sais que j'avais procédé à quelques enregistrements en cours.

Il n'est pas possible de le récupérer via la restauration du serveur d'hier parce que nous sommes nombreux sur le serveur à y avoir travaillé aujourd'hui.
Est-il possible de récupérer mon fichier ?

always save with increasing version number appended to the file name.  and save, at least copies of, important documents locally.

Mis à part voir avec le service informatique de ton entreprise, je ne vois pas de solution.
