Copy & pasting to layers

Is anybody else having problems with copy and pasting between layers since the new update? I cannot seem to copy something from one layer and 'paste in place' to another layer. I get all sorts of different error messages saying my layers are locked (of which none are!). If it does work I select the new layer to paste and it keeps pasting it on the layer I'm trying to copy it from.... Very frustrating

Make sure you turn off Paste Remembers Layers if you want to paste on a different layer. It's in the Layers Panel context menu.
