InDesign is crashing on launch on a Windows 10 domain-joined PC. When lauching under another profile, it runs fine. I'd like to avoid recreating the profile if possible. The crash is the same as:
This is on the latest available 16.3 InDesign version and was also occurring on 16.2.1. Has anyone been able to resolve this problem? I've cleaned out all Creative Cloud and apps, removed all Adobe folders from profile folders, program files folders, programdata folders. Worked with Adobe who recommended checking with Microsoft, and I am reaching out, but I'm fairly sure they will recommend recreating the profile as well, which will be time consuming and according to the above post, may not resolve the issue.
Registry edits? Other file locations to check?

Thanks for the reply, this was all done yesterday and the 16.4 release was not yet available (for Windows, at least). Is there a timeline or direct download link for it?
