Create dynamic bookmarks in an interactive indesign document?

I am creating an interactive PDF catalogue that is likely to change in the future. I want to have links that point to certain pages in the catalogue. However, as the catalogue is likely to change, the page numbers will as well and I don't want to have to update these every time.

Is it possible to have page numbers that change depending on the page the link is on?  I don't know if creating like a mini table of contents is the best idea as some of these links will be in text and it seems like a bit of a messy workaround. Any ideas?

Yes, this looks like it. Somehow I overlooked this feature. Thank you.
