Creating a catalog listing from XML into InDesign. Is there any way to automate inserting ("Last Level 1" and "Last Level 2" etc. Catalog terms - continued) on the top of each column in the directory? (Trying to avoid manually inserting the InDesign file is 500+ pages of 3 columns of lisitings.) Grep ? Script? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank You.

Thanks for your reply, but a small clarification, I am asking about the line items (- continued) top of each column. Not the running header. Any additional thoughts?

Update: Automating code needed for XML data to indesign. I am looking for an XML code or indesign script that would add the -continued lines to the top of each column, Using Paragraph styles Level_1 .... through Level_10 automatically. Many thanks. Also see screen shot attached above.
